This is our dog, Gracie. I painted her on an 8x10x3/4" canvas. It can be custom framed or hung on the wall as is.
Custom Pet Portrait Order Policy
I would love the opportunity to paint your pet! I use acrylic paints on canvas for these portraits. The best way to start the conversation is by filling out the short form on the Pet Portrait Inquiry tab. I will need an image(s) of your pet(s) emailed to me to approval before beginning your custom order.
Once your pet image is approved, we will discuss additional details about your painting such as the background, colors, size of painting, and scheduling the work. Any additional add-ons to the painting may require additional charges due to additional time required to complete the project, so some add-ons may require a custom quote.
Clients also need to provide contact information, product delivery choice, etc. A 50% non-refundable down payment will be made at that time. The remaining 50% payment plus tax, shipping, and any other agreed charges will be due before delivery. All sales are final.
Three standard sizes are offered – 8 x 10”, 11 x 14”, and 16 x 20” – each having a ¾” thick canvas. If a 1.5” canvas thickness is preferred, an additional one-time charge of $35 will be added to the fees. If a different size is requested, I would be happy to provide a custom quote to accommodate your request.
USPS is the primary delivery method I use, however, if you are in a reasonable distance of the south metro Minneapolis/ St. Paul area, other delivery options can be discussed.
Your order will be scheduled on my artistry calendar with an estimated date of completion. You can choose to obtain updates during the progress of your painting, otherwise, if you prefer to be surprised and delighted at the end of the project, I will simply provide one photo update along with the delivery information. Reasonable alterations can be discussed/ made at this point within a 24-hour period.
